Puerto Galera Aldaw Kapiya-An Festival 2023

From June 5th – 12th 2023 , Puerto Galera will be hosting the Aldaw Kapiya-An Festival, celebrating Independence day.

It’s a festival of Music, Art, Food and Culture with something for the whole family, so be sure to take a trip down to Muelle Bay during the next week and see what it’s all about!

What to expect during the Aldaw Kapiya-an Festival?

1. The Photo exhibit of tourist attractions and old Puerto Galera inside the galleon “La Tortuga” is open from June 5 to 12, 2023.

2. Twenty (20) Food Stalls with a variety of dishes – sisig, siomai, pastries, iced coffee, burgers, fries, sandwiches, beef pares, lechon, takoyaki, samgyeopsal, mini-donuts, shawarma, potato twist, calamares, fruit shakes, etc… — is open from June 5 to 12, 2023.

3. Arts exhibit at the Terminal Building by renowned Mindoro artists — is open from June 5 to 12, 2023.

4. Free Lesson: Zumba on June 5, 7, and 9 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm

5. Free Lesson: Yoga on June 10, 11, and 12 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm

6. Free Lesson: Sailing For Kids Aged 8 to 17, by the Puerto Galera Yacht Club Sailing Program, on June 10, 11, and 12 starts @ 8:00am

7. Free Disc Golf lesson by the Disc Golf Association of the Philippines on June 10 and 11, starts at 9:00 am

8. Film showing from June 5 to June 9, starts at 7:00pm

9. Live Band on June 10 and June 11, starts at 7:00pm.
